a class project. the prompt for this was "a one screen game"

use the space bar to hit the notes (the red squares), when they reach the second indicator (the white square). back and forth notes must be bounced between the two indicators a few times, and toss notes need to be bounced above the indicator a few times.

the original idea behind this prototype was a cooking themed rhythm game, where different notes would represent different steps of a recipe. the three note types were normal, which disappear when hit once and could be used for actions like cracking an egg, or pushing a button on the stove, back-and-forth notes, which bounce between the 2 markers a few times before disappearing, and could be used to represent separating an egg or the back and forth motion of stirring a pot, and toss notes, which rise vertically above the indicator a few times, and could show a pizza crust being tossed or an item being flipped in a pan.

a short prototype that never really got further than this, but represents the main design idea well.

the spider-man pizza song does not belong to me, all rights to the owner
